Because these materials constitute non-tangible, irrevocable digital knowledge assets that cannot be physically retrieved, returned, or unread once transmitted, all sales of digital publications are considered final.

2. General Policy: No Refunds Following Dispatch

In accordance with standard international market research industry standards and digital content regulations (including statutory exemptions for digital goods under EU Consumer Rights Directive Article 16(m)), Defense Industry Insights does not issue refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once a digital report or dataset has been dispatched or made available for download.

Payments made toward executed research phases are non-refundable.
